The 30-Day Guided Path

Agreeing with an argument is easier than changing a habit. This path gives you one reading and one small step each day, so change happens gradually and lasts.

How it works

Each day links to one page on the site and suggests one small, concrete step. The steps build from reflection, to single meals, to whole days and finally to sharing. Tick each day off as you go; your progress stays on this device and nothing is sent to us. Miss a day? Simply carry on. The Prophet ﷺ said the deeds most loved by God are those done consistently, even if they are small.

Your own pace

The path does not require you to become fully vegan by day 30. Its aim is that you decide, on the basis of evidence and conscience, what your next month will look like.
